If the owner street parks it at night there that's kind of nuts, but if thats just where the owner parked to toodle around ( because, lets be honest, the owner of a real speedster probably is not employed...) in town for the day then that's awesome. I'd totally park in front of a café and then sit and have an espresso and snack and wine and just look at the sculpture in front of me. But thats me and I'm a bit nuts...
